Her passion for working for innovative, purpose-led organisations, has meant that her experience has spanned both communications and social impact across scale- ups, charities and purpose led global brands.

Andrew joined Seven in 2019. He specialises in sustainability and social impact communications, particularly around technology and innovations helping to advance the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
In particular, he has led on comms for Challenge Works – part of innovation foundation Nesta – across multiple challenge prizes, including the Longitude Prize for AMR, Longitude Prize for Dementia, the Longitude Explorer Prizes for young people and the Afri-Plastics Challenge.
In 2023, Andrew completed the intensive Business Sustainability Management course at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) – passing with flying colours.
Andrew has a slightly unusual career history, starting out in the Sky press office, before earning an MA in Acting going on to work as a professional actor for seven years, getting to work and travel extensively around Europe.

Ed Rowley

Ed joined Seven in 2022, leading policy and public affairs activity, as well as looking after communications for financial services clients. His experience includes press relations, government and stakeholder engagement, political monitoring, strategic planning, and crisis management.
Ed has extensive knowledge of the workings of government and Parliament, having started his career as an assistant to an MP before going on to manage Parliamentary affairs for Ofsted. He ran business tax communications at HM Revenue & Customs and was later seconded to the Downing Street press office.
His most recent role in government was for HM Treasury, where he looked after financial services communications and advised ministers on media engagement. After leaving the civil service, Ed went to work in the world of fintech and banking, managing PR at Monzo and then global communications for Klarna.
Outside of work, Ed enjoys exploring the countryside with Margie, his four-legged companion, volunteers as a local school governor and spends far too much time playing computer games.

Her background is in enterprise technology and fintech comms, and she’s worked with high-profile telecoms and financial organisations on both internal and external communications, as well as Silicon Valley start-ups, supporting them on the journey from launch to becoming a profitable business.
Kitty also has experience working with government-funded, multi-stakeholder projects, managing multiple teams working across fast-moving streams of activity, including owned, earned, and paid. She is passionate about working with organisations with purpose, particularly within the consumer finance space.

As well as working in the corporate teams of two of the UK’s largest supermarkets, Sean’s agency roles include working alongside fintechs (including a wide range of innovative solutions from payments to pensions), banks, alternative finance providers, top 20 accountancy and law firms, recruiters, airlines, online retailers and even a fish finger supplier. Areas of expertise include fintech, personal finance, press office management, copywriting and crisis communications.

Rachel has also held senior PR roles at ethical bank Triodos and Fair Investment Company.
Agency side, Rachel has consulted for a number of leading agencies, working with a wide range of clients including Carwow and the RAC, Saltus, LifeSearch, L&G and Ceta Insurance. Before moving into public relations, Rachel was a journalist within the Daily Mail Group.

Agency side, Rachel has consulted for a number of leading agencies, working with a wide range of clients including Carwow and the RAC, Saltus, LifeSearch, L&G and Ceta Insurance. Before moving into public relations, Rachel was a journalist within the Daily Mail Group.

James used to live in Hong Kong, where he spent the weekends hiking, exploring and racing dragon boats!

Emma Harvey

Emma Harvey - CEO and Founder
After working in senior in-house communications roles – at Barclays, Morgan Stanley and as the global communications director of HomeServe plc – Emma launched Seven in 2013 to change the outdated ‘in-house/agency’ dynamic and build a team of experts that were a true extension to an in-house team.
Her passion for working for innovative, purpose-led organisations, has meant that her experience has spanned both communications and social impact across scale- ups, charities and purpose led global brands.
Mum of Amelie and Mia and dog Minnie, Emma loves family time, art, travel and mooching around markets (having once run her own market stalls at Camden, Spitalfields and Portobello).

Robyn Margetts

Robyn joined Seven in 2018 following several years running communications functions in house. She has more than ten years’ experience in public relations and communications including press office, corporate comms, and internal comms.
Robyn’s previous roles include leading the PR and communications function at the Pensions and Lifetime Savings Association, and for LV=, as well as leading on financial services and public sector campaigns at consumer group Which?.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find Robyn out running and then refuelling afterwards with one of her bakes and a G&T.

Andrew McKay
Account Director, Social Impact and Sustainability
Andrew McKay - Account Director, Social Impact and Sustainability
Andrew joined Seven in 2019. He specialises in sustainability and social impact communications, particularly around technology and innovations helping to advance the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
In particular, he has led on comms for Challenge Works – part of innovation foundation Nesta – across multiple challenge prizes, including the Longitude Prize for AMR, Longitude Prize for Dementia, the Longitude Explorer Prizes for young people and the Afri-Plastics Challenge.
In 2023, Andrew completed the intensive Business Sustainability Management course at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) – passing with flying colours.
Andrew has a slightly unusual career history, starting out in the Sky press office, before earning an MA in Acting going on to work as a professional actor for seven years, getting to work and travel extensively around Europe.

Kitty Guillaume

Kitty Guillaume - Account Director
Kitty joined the Seven team in 2021 and works predominantly across the financial services side of the business.
Her background is in enterprise technology and fintech comms, and she’s worked with high-profile telecoms and financial organisations on both internal and external communications, as well as Silicon Valley start-ups, supporting them on the journey from launch to becoming a profitable business.
Kitty also has experience working with government-funded, multi-stakeholder projects, managing multiple teams working across fast-moving streams of activity, including owned, earned, and paid. She is passionate about working with organisations with purpose, particularly within the consumer finance space.
Outside work Kitty enjoys reading, running, and exploring London’s many pubs.

After starting his PR career in a boutique financial and professional services agency back in 2014, Sean has enjoyed a varied career spanning both agency and in-house roles.
As well as working in the corporate teams of two of the UK’s largest supermarkets, Sean’s agency roles include working alongside fintechs (including a wide range of innovative solutions from payments to pensions), banks, alternative finance providers, top 20 accountancy and law firms, recruiters, airlines, online retailers and even a fish finger supplier. Areas of expertise include fintech, personal finance, press office management, copywriting and crisis communications.
Sean can otherwise be found reading, cooking, walking the dog or planning the next trip.

Ed Rowley
Account Director, Public Affairs Lead
Ed Rowley - Account Director, Public Affairs Lead
Ed joined Seven in 2022, leading policy and public affairs activity, as well as looking after communications for financial services clients. His experience includes press relations, government and stakeholder engagement, political monitoring, strategic planning, and crisis management.
Ed has extensive knowledge of the workings of government and Parliament, having started his career as an assistant to an MP before going on to manage Parliamentary affairs for Ofsted. He ran business tax communications at HM Revenue & Customs and was later seconded to the Downing Street press office.
His most recent role in government was for HM Treasury, where he looked after financial services communications and advised ministers on media engagement. After leaving the civil service, Ed went to work in the world of fintech and banking, managing PR at Monzo and then global communications for Klarna.
Outside of work, Ed enjoys exploring the countryside with Margie, his four-legged companion, volunteers as a local school governor and spends far too much time playing computer games.

Alice joined Seven with a focus on innovation with social purpose, particularly in the health and education spaces.
Prior to her joining Seven, Alice was Assistant Editor for the Good Health section of the Daily Mail. Before that, Alice’s PR career has spanned charity and small business clients, before moving to media support and strategic communications planning across a number of health and education-based charity clients.
Outside the office, Alice can be found questioning whether she really needs to add another book to her to-read pile, eating cheese, and going for long walks around London.

Dan Lynes

He began his career in pharmaceutical marketing, leading both global and market-specific campaigns – from broad public disease awareness to highly targeted strategies aimed at industry professionals. He works across the full campaign cycle, from gathering online insights to inform a bespoke strategy, to developing content that drives engagement and results.
Dan is experienced in building integrated campaigns that blend data with storytelling. Whether launching a new campaign or refining an existing one, he focuses on delivering work that resonates with online audiences.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys hiking, socialising and exploring new places with his camera.

Having grown up in the Middle East and worked in France for a year during her undergraduate degree, Bella is always on the look out for building new connections far and wide, and is passionate about inclusive, impactful and thought-provoking campaigns.
